Error code 213 means that the transaction has expired. It may be because of:
- You did not enter the OTP code on the Codashop payment page in time (if using the Direct Carrier Billing payment method), or
- The Codashop system did not receive your payment during the session (if using the Bank Transfer / E-Wallet / Boleto payment method).
Please restart your device and try to make a purchase again if you have not been charged.
