Have you ever recharged and thought that the item/product you purchased was not received? And after checking, found that the wrong game selection/user id format?
Here are some tips so you can avoid similar errors:
- Make sure you choose the correct game/application page. If the name of the game you are playing is similar to some of the games on Codashop, we suggest you check the logo on the Google Play Store to be sure.
- Make sure you enter the user ID in the correct format. To find out how to enter the correct User ID, you can click on the question mark located to the right of the Username column or check our Help Center.
- Before proceeding with the payment process, please double check whether the data entered is correct or not (User ID, Item Price and Payment Method). If all details are correct, you can proceed with the payment process.
Please note that if you have pressed the "Confirm" button or completed the payment, but there is an error such as incorrect user ID/incorrect game/wrong choice of item you wish to purchase, Codashop will not be able to refund or move the item to a game /different userid.
