2. How do I get Coda Rewards?
Make sure the game you are topping up supports Coda Rewards (most titles on Codashop do).
- Ensure you have logged into Codashop or entered your email address before making a purchase.
- Once your payment is successful, your rewards will automatically be credited to your Codashop account within 6 hours.
3. I don't have a Codashop account, but I entered my email address during the transaction. Can I receive my Coda Rewards?
- Register for a Codashop account using your email.
- Your rewards will be automatically transferred to your account

5. When will I receive my Coda Rewards?
Your rewards should be credited to your account within 6 hours of purchase. If you haven't received them after this period, please verify that the email address you used during purchase is correct.

6. Where will I receive the Coda rewards?
Coda Rewards are tied to your Codashop account. If you don't have an account yet, you can still earn rewards by entering your email address during checkout. However, you will need to create a Codashop account to redeem them.
7. How do I use my Coda Rewards?
You can use your rewards to get a discount on your next purchase by following these steps:
- Select the item you want to purchase.
- Look for the Coda Rewards toggle switch located just above the payment method selection area.
- Turn the switch on to automatically apply your available balance as a discount to your total.
8. I didn't receive my Coda Rewards.
If your rewards haven't appeared yet, please check the following:
- Make sure you are logged in to your Coda Rewards account using the same email address that you entered during the purchase.
- Please wait up to 6 hours after your payment is completed, as Coda Rewards may take some time to appear in your account.
If you still have not received your Coda Rewards after 6 hours, or you are unsure which email you used, please contact our Customer Support team with your payment receipt, and we will check it for you.
9. Which products can I use Coda Rewards on?

10. Is there an expiry date for Coda Rewards?
Yes, earned Coda Rewards must be used within 45 days, or they will expire. Expired rewards cannot be extended or refunded.
11. Are Coda Rewards transferable? Can I share them with friends?
While you can tell your friends about Coda Rewards, we do not allow sharing or transferring rewards between different accounts.
12. How do I check the expiration date of my Coda Rewards?
To check when your rewards expire, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Codashop account.
- Click the menu icon next to the Codashop logo and select "Rewards". On this page, you can view the exact expiration dates for all of your available Coda Rewards."
13. Can Coda Rewards be withdrawn as cash?
No. Coda Rewards are strictly for use within Codashop and cannot be withdrawn or used for any other purposes.
