  b) Does not have the authority to transfer game items from one account to another or withdraw game items from an account for later refunds.

• All game items that have been purchased or shipped are final, and we do not accept refund requests for incorrect purchase transactions (e.g. wrong game ID, etc).

During this investigation, Coda will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate in your case.
  If Coda finds that the transaction is not eligible for a refund or replacement upon the result of its investigation, no refund or replacement will be provided to you. In addition, any claims brought to Coda beyond 30 days from the date of purchase will no longer be honored, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
