I am not eligible to redeem my Tinder voucher code. What should I do?

Please refer to this tutorial if you had an Ineligible to Redeem Code error when redeeming your Tinder voucher code.

Be sure to do the following:

  1. Make sure you don't have any existing active subscriptions;
  2. Turn off your VPN connection (if using one);
  3. Be sure to enable location access.

 


To enable location access on your device, follow the steps below:

ANDROID
Location_setting_Android.png
  • Open settings;
  • Open the location settings;
  • Allow "Access to Location".

 

IOS

  • Open settings;
  • Open privacy;
  • Go to "Location Services";
  • Turn on Location Services.
